At the Katy Helpdesk we understand that your IT support needs don't always come consistently, so for any contract plans you can carry over up to 6 months worth of pre-paid support hours, and you will only need to pay for the Basic web support plan until all your accrued hours are used up. If your website isn't managed by the Katy Helpdesk, you won't owe anything until all your hours are used!
No matter which support plan you choose, you can use your pre-paid hours for any of the services we provide, or any other IT needs. Furthermore, if you find you need more than your pre-paid hours at any point, as a valued customer your additional support will be billed at $25 below the standard hourly rate.
